About

Will McCollum

A devoted advocate of the deeply transformative power of design, I’ve apprenticed with and worked alongside celebrated urbanist Lew Oliver for many years to create meaningful and beautiful communities throughout the United States. I currently manage the master planning and residential design implementation of several large-scale development projects around the south-eastern United States. This includes Trilith, a nationally-recognized 234-acre mixed-use development south of Atlanta, and Burton, a luxury pedestrian town coming out of the ground near Lake Burton. As a licensed architect with dual masters degrees in architecture and sustainable real estate development from Tulane University, as well as a bachelor degree in architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology, I bring a unique and pragmatic perspective to making beautiful spaces happen. I find utter joy in discerning the best paths to achieving beauty in our public spaces and our architecture once again.
